Clean up team

Update: July, 30/2018 - 01:00
More than 600 people and officers of the central coastal city of Đà Nẵng were mobilised yesterday to clean up Phần Lăng Canal in An Khê District, following efforts made by the city’s Department of Natural Resources and Environment to dredge all canals and drainage systems. Phần Lăng Canal channels wastewater from Đà Nẵng International Airport and neighbouring areas to Phú Lộc River and helps prevent flooding. The clogged canal, however, causes severe pollution and threatens to spread dengue fever. — VNA/VNS Photo Đinh Văn Nhiều
