ĐỒNG THÁP – Đồng Tháp Province has published a list of perennial plants that people can register for certificates of ownership.
The list consists of three types of plants: fruit trees, medicinal herbs and plants for logging, shade and decoration.
To register, a plant must have a period of growth from sowing to harvesting of at least five years.
The list contains 84 species of plants.
People can register their plants once they receive certificates of land use rights.
Every year the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will add more species to the list. – VNS
