Hà Nội Police have busted a gold smuggling ring and put all six suspects in custody for further investigation.

Deputy General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) Ninh Văn Quỳnh on Thursday admitted at court to receiving about VNĐ 20 billion from former Ocean Bank General Director Nguyễn Xuân Sơn during 2009-13 when Quỳnh was PVN’s chief accountant.
