At the 2025 VDA, VEPH earned recognition in the Outstanding Digital Transformation Enterprise and Public Institution category for its digital solutions ecosystem for publishing operations and management, and digital textbooks. This award recognises enterprises, public institutions, and professional-social organisations across various sectors that have successfully applied digital technology to transform their management, production, and business models, achieving outstanding digital transformation with high efficiency.
Since 2020, VEPH has gradually implemented a comprehensive ecosystem of digital solutions, comprising 15 core, self-developed technology solutions and a modern office solution (O-365 integrated with AI). These cover the entire publishing value chain—from project management, editing, and reviewing, to archiving, publishing, accounting, production, human resources, document management, and distribution.
As of now, 100 per cent of VEPH’s core processes have been digitised, reducing publishing timelines by one to two months, cutting operational costs by around 20 per cent, and enhancing both content quality and transparency. Furthermore, students and teachers nationwide can now access free digital textbooks via VEPH’s platform, taphuan.nxbgd.vn. As a leading state-owned enterprise, VEPH is at the forefront of transitioning educational publishing to the digital age, contributing to the nation’s broader digital transformation strategy in education.
