National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vương Đình Huệ on Sunday worked with leaders of the Thừa Thiên-Huế central province about building the province into a city directly under the central Government.
Forest economy must prioritise activities such as carbon credit trading, biomass power generation, and pharmaceutical industry development. In terms of tourism, the province should focus on its beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage of ethnic groups.
The term “bamboo diplomacy” was coined by Party General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng during a diplomatic conference in 2016 and reiterated at the first national conference on foreign affairs in 2021.
