The Politburo on August 22 announced a reprimand against the Ministry of Health’s Party Committee for the 2025-2026 term (by February 2025), and the expulsion of several officials from Thanh Hóa Province, Hồ Chí Minh City and former Kiên Giang Province from the Party, citing serious violations of the Party's regulations and the State's laws.
