Herbalife Nutrition announces sponsorship deal with Vietnam athletics federations

Global company Herbalife Nutrition has signed nutrition sponsorship agreements with the Việt Nam Olympic Committee and Việt Nam Paralympic Committee to support top Vietnamese athletes ahead of the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games.

HÀ NỘI — Global company Herbalife Nutrition has signed nutrition sponsorship agreements with the Việt Nam Olympic Committee and Việt Nam Paralympic Committee to support top Vietnamese athletes ahead of the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games.

Herbalife Nutrition will provide sports nutrition products, nutrition training, awards and incentives to support the top athletes bound for the two events in Indonesia.

The company has a five-year nutrition deal with the two sports bodies they signed in 2017.

“This year we will continue to support the Vietnam sports community with our science-backed nutrition expertise and products, to empower them to deliver their best performances on the sporting fields,” Shobie Ann King, Herbalife Nutrition’s vice president, Southeast Asia, said on Thursday.

Vũ Thế Phiệt, vice president and secretary general of the Việt Nam Paralympic Committee, said: “Good nutrition has a great impact on the performances of athletes and we are delighted that our para athletes always follow instructions in using high-quality nutrition.
