HCM CITY — Al Fresco’s Group (AFG) Vietnam opened its latest Jaspas Café Grill on Friday at 15 Tống Hữu Định, Thảo Điền, District 2, HCM City.

Jaspas Café Grill in Thảo Điền is located in a spacious villa with a floor space of 500sq.m. It hosts an indoor air-conditioned bar and restaurant and has an outdoor covered dining area along with a modern children’s playground.

Between 4.30pm and 11pm, seven days a week, diners can enjoy a wide choice of delicious dishes, carefully selected by experienced chefs. Jaspas Café Grill’s Asian Fusion Menu is both modern and vibrant with a great cocktail selection to warm up with before before moving on to a few small plates to share.

The chilled sashimi platter, pork belly lollipops, sesame crusted tuna, duck rolls, and fabulous New Zealand mussels are all featured on the menu.

The salmon & barramundi dishes are customer favourites, as well as the hot & cold seafood platter which is great for sharing. The selection of chilled seafood dishes are perfect for those warm Saigon evenings. Salad lovers should explore the generous portions of the chef’s buddha bowl, Jaspas caesar, seared tuna or the smoked salmon salad.
