Café Central comes to Saigon’s Pasteur Street

Café Central Pasteur opened its doors on Friday morning (January 11) on one of the most iconic streets in HCM City, offering the same delightful mix of local favourite and international fare that has made the Central Café name one of the most trusted in the local restaurant industry over the last 16 years.

HCM CITY — Café Central Pasteur opened its doors on January 11 on one of the most iconic streets in HCM City, offering the same delightful mix of local favourite and international fare that has made the Central Café name one of the most trusted in the local restaurant industry over the last 16 years.

Located at 202 Pasteur Street, the stylish venue has a seating capacity of 220 with 40 seats outdoors and three private VIP dining rooms. It features the use of exposed brick, timber and copper touches to create a warm and inviting environment, perfect for a leisurely lunch with friends or a formal business dinner.

Some of the delightful dishes on offer include focaccia bread with choice of spreads and dips, chili chicken, smoked sausage, seafood pomelo salad, crab soup, oxtail soup, fusilli, seafood linguine, duck noodle, tortilla wrap, US beef burger, grilled US skirt steak, pork ribs, pork knuckle, bak kut teh, Hội An chicken rice, Nasi goring and the “Volcano”, a delicious hot chocolate lava cake served with fresh fruit and coconut gelato.

The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and boasts an extensive drink list with everything from espresso coffee, specialty teas and fresh fruit smoothies to wines and cocktails.

As a grand opening promotion, Café Central Pasteur is offering “Buy One Get One Free” for all drinks, which is valid until the end of January. — VNS
