Hong Kong contemporary artist Yiu Chi Leung will launch his “An Era of Half-Humanity” multimedia exhibition at Vin Gallery from September 22 to November 20.

HCM CITY — Hong Kong contemporary artist Yiu Chi Leung will launch his “An Era of Half-Humanity” multimedia exhibition at Vin Gallery from September 22 to November 20.

The exhibition will showcase a selection of his recent works taken from his series providing a sobering commentary on themes of industrial globalisation, ethics and advances in consumerism.

Leung graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, majoring in painting in 2015, and then studied for a master’s of arts, majoring in studio and media arts at Hong Kong Baptist University.

His works, such as drawings, installation, photography and mixed media, have been collected and displayed in exhibitions around the world.

The exhibition opens at 6 pm on September 22 at 6 Lê Văn Miến Street in District 2. Participants can register at info@vingallery.com. — VNS
