HÀ NỘI — Artworks by 90 international artists are on display at an ongoing exhibition being held from September 18 to 22 at the South Korean Cultural Centre in Hà Nội.

Titled Giao Lưu Hòa Bình Thế Giới (World Peace Exchange), the exhibition features 90 artworks in the form of oil paintings, lacquer paintings, wood engravings, Chinese-ink paintings and paper fan paintings.

The exhibition, which features artists hailing from South Korea, China, the US, and Australia, as well as Russia and Việt Nam, is being organised by the Korean International Culture Art Exchange Association. It is a rare chance for artists from different countries to connect through art.

Four of the artists are Vietnamese: Phạm Thăng Long, Trịnh Tuân, Nguyễn Văn Nghị and Vũ Bạch Liên.

Some 20 artists presented their works at the exhibition’s opening ceremony on Monday.
