HCM CITY — The much-anticipated third season of the Luxury Dining Series, which offers bespoke culinary experiences, is set to dazzle customers from August to October this year.
Presented by Marriott International, the theme for this season, titled “Across the Table,” will unfold at prestigious venues such as JW Marriott Phú Quốc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, The Naka Island - A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Phuket, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, Mandapa - a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The Ritz-Carlton in Kyoto, and culminate with an exclusive voyage aboard Luminara, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
Oriol Montal, the regional vice president of luxury at Marriott International Asia Pacific, excluding China, and the regional vice president of Singapore, shared insights about the season's focus on the intimate essence of dining.
Montal expressed, “this year, the focus of the Luxury Dining Series is to highlight the emotional heart of dining, exploring how stories unfold, flavours linger, and connections deepen when meals are shared.”
He further emphasised that each destination in this year's lineup promises exceptional experiences curated by top talents, urging discerning travelers to venture beyond the familiar and immerse themselves in the art of collective dining.
Emphasising fostering authentic connections and curiosity, each culinary encounter is meticulously crafted to offer a blend of tradition and innovation. From exclusive chef interactions to heritage-themed banquets set against iconic local backdrops, the series presents a variety of engaging experiences tailored to enrich guests' palates and understanding of local culture.
Key highlights of the programme include the "Chefs at the Table" dinner, where acclaimed chefs mingle with guests, sharing personal tales and culinary insights. The "Grand Banquet" stands out as an immersive dining experience at historic locales, showcasing rich heritage and local customs. Guests can explore the essence of a single heirloom ingredient or technique during the "Heirloom AM/PM" collaborative menus. The culinary journey extends beyond the dining table with the “Page to Plate” segment, offering a curated selection of recipes to deepen guests’ connection to the culinary artistry showcased.
Furthermore, the "Shared Memory Menu" beckons guests to explore mixology through flavours evoking reminiscences and destinations, while the "Spirited Social" segment enlivens the art of mixology with expertly curated bar takeovers led by master bartenders.
