Music show introduces Indian culture in HCM City

Indian singer Shibani Kashyap's performances in HCM City aim to promote Bollywood culture among Vietnamese youth, according to Indian Consul General Madan Mohan Sethi.

HCM CITY – Indian singer Shibani Kashyap's performances in HCM City aim to promote Bollywood culture among Vietnamese youth, according to Indian Consul General Madan Mohan Sethi.

The performances, with the support of dancers from India, were organised by the Consulate General of India in HCM City at The Voice of HCM City (VOH) radio station in District 1 on September 5.

At a press conference, Shibani Kashyap said she wants to introduce Bollywood culture to Việt Nam through her performances and plans to record in Việt Nam and collaborate with Vietnamese artists in India afterward.  – VNS Photo Hồng Linh

Shibani Kashyap is a well-known Bollywood singer, famous for her first album Ho Gayi Hai Mohabbat (Love Has Happened). 

She has also participated on popular Indian TV shows such as Bathroom Singer and Comedy Circus Ke Tansen. – VNS
