Originally from Italy, Chef Luca brings his passion for cooking and rich culinary experience to lead the culinary team at Park Hyatt Saigon.

Having nurtured his love for cooking in Milan, Chef Luca's culinary journey has taken him to various high-end Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau.

He has had the privilege of working with renowned chefs such as Antimo Merone and Riccardo La Perna at the prestigious three Michelin-starred 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana.

Chef Luca's vision transcends borders, combining Italian traditions with innovative flavors inspired by Asia. His commitment to using fresh, quality ingredients reflects his belief in allowing the essence of his Italian heritage to shine through in every dish he creates.
