HÀ NỘI — Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam has won the Best Cash Management Bank and Best E-solutions Partner awards by The Asset Triple A Country Awards 2021.

These awards recognise the bank’s capabilities in managing cash flow for business financial transactions and continuous digital transformation efforts in all aspects of the business. This is the third consecutive year the bank has been awarded the Best E-Solutions Partner.

The bank’s comprehensive and award-winning digital capabilities accommodate clients’ growing and complex needs in trade and commerce. The new Straight2Bank NextGen platform delivers an enhanced digital banking experience to Standard Chartered’s corporate, commercial and institutional banking clients and is a key enabler in servicing this entire client segment digitally on a single interface.

The bank’s payment gateway (Straight2Bank Pay) capabilities are enhanced in partnership with VNPay, now allowing payers to use their international cards (VISA and Mastercard) to make online payments. It also joined NAPAS network, making its Instant Payment and Collections capabilities available to clients on a 24/7 real time basis.

Additionally, the bank established direct connectivity with General Department of Customs (GDC) which enables real-time updates of its corporate clients’ customs tax payment status on the GDC system. Instant Payment and Collections have been rolled out on SCPay, the bank’s flagship global payment platform where Việt Nam is one of the first live markets globally for Standard Chartered. Other solutions will also be rolled out on this SCPay platform in the future.
