Grab continues to support farmers

Grab Vietnam has announced it will accelerate the GrabConnect programme that seeks to help farmers in the central and southern regions sell their produce.

HCM CITY — Grab Vietnam has announced it will accelerate the GrabConnect programme that seeks to help farmers in the central and southern regions sell their produce.

Grab, through its platform, will connect agricultural co-operatives in the two regions with HCM City business and consumers.

On the Grab platform, HCM city consumers can order high-quality agriculture products and foods from prestigious agricultural co-operatives in central provinces and the Mekong Delta such as vegetables.

Grab offers free shipping until the end of this month.

GrabConnect also suports merchants joining its GrabFood and GrabMart platforms by enabling them to buy materials on it at steady prices.

It also offers many promotions.

GrabConnect has been carried out since June this year together with the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Agency for Enterprise Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development’s Agriculture Products Processing and Development Department and the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre.

It began by helping farmers in Bắc Giang Province sell Lục Ngạn litchi. – VNS
