CapitaLand Development unveils Orchard Hill, Sycamore’s 2nd phase, after strong sales in 1st

HCM CITY – CapitaLand Development (CLD) recently unveiled the Orchard Hill twin high-rise residential towers with 774 units in the second phase of Sycamore, a large residential project in Binh Duong New City in Binh Duong Province, 30 kilometres from HCM City.

This comes hot on the heels of achieving sales of more than 70 per cent for the units released in the project’s first phase, a low-rise development named The Orchard.  

CLD unveils Orchard Hill, the twin high-rise tower residential second phase of Sycamore with 774 units.

Developed by CLD in a joint venture with United Overseas Australia (UOA) Group in phases, Sycamore offers a total of 3,500 freehold units across a mix of low-, mid- and high-rise residential developments, providing homes for an estimated 13,000 people on a site measuring 18.9 hectares.  

With a projected total gross development value of over S$1 billion, Sycamore is targeting full completion by 2028. 

The Orchard and Orchard Hill mark the first two phases of Sycamore.

Sycamore achieved sales of more than 70 per cent in its first phase, a low-rise housing development named The Orchard

 Spread over 9.1 hectares, The Orchard is Sycamore’s first gated community residence, with the range of housing types in the low-rise development including terrace houses, semi-detached villas and single villas in sizes ranging from 90 sq.m to 370 sq.m.

The units were booked at an average price of around VND 100 million per square metre of The Orchard is expected in the third quarter of 2025.

Orchard Hill is Sycamore’s first high-rise development.  

Comprising two 24-storey residential towers on a 1.1-hectare site, Orchard Hill is designed to meet the needs of nuclear families, newlyweds and expatriates working in Binh Duong.  

It offers a total of 774 units across a variety of sizes and types, ranging from one-bedroom units starting at 56 sq.m to three-bedroom units up to 112 sq.m, besides duplex and penthouse options. 

Orchard Hill is scheduled for launch in Q4 2024 and completion in Q4 2026.
