HÀ NỘI — CapitaLand’s wholly owned serviced residence business unit, the Ascott Limited, officially opened its first Citadines-branded residence in the southern province of Bình Dương.
The 19-storey serviced residence offers business and leisure travellers with 204 units, ranging from 35sq.m studios to 71sq.m two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room and dining area, as well as complimentary wireless Internet access, a smart LED television, washing machine and other modern amenities.
The residence offers a comprehensive range of lifestyle facilities including an outdoor swimming pool and children’s wading pool, fitness centre, sauna room, residents’ lounge, café and restaurant.
Guests can customise their stay with a menu of optional services such as laundry and dry-cleaning.
