HÀ NỘI — A fair on tra fish and seafood products will take place at the Agriculture Exhibition Centre in the capital city’s Cầu Giấy District from October 6 to 8.
The three-day event aims to introduce tra fish products in the northern market and develop exports to countries, especially China.
It expects to attract more than 100 booths showcasing tra products and seafood products of domestic and foreign businesses.
The fair will provide opportunities for businesses and distributors to popularise their image and the brand names of their products and promote the consumption of tra fish and special seafood of the northern region.
It also includes a workshop on the production and consumption of tra fish and a cuisine programme which introduces dishes made of tra fish by famous chefs. — VNS
