HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam’s Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Company (Maritime Bank) plans to hold the annual shareholders’ meeting on May 26.

The event, to be held in Melia Hotel, Hà Nội, will approve the profit distribution plan for 2016 and business targets for 2017.

At the beginning of 2017, Maritime Bank also closed the list of shareholders to conduct the registration of a concentrated securities depository at the Việt Nam Securities Depository (VSD) in order to prepare for the registration of trading the company’s shares on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM). — VNS
