The chairman and general director of An Phát Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company have announced the sale over 15 million shares, equivalent to 27 per cent of their ownership.

HÀ NỘI — The chairman and general director of An Phát Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company have announced the sale of over 15 million shares, equivalent to 27 per cent of their ownership.

Phạm Ánh Dương, chairman of the company registered to sell more than 9.26 million shares, accounting for 16.26 per cent of the ownership.

Nguyễn Lê Trung, general director, will sell his entire 6.22 million shares, equivalent to 10.92 per cent ownership.

Both transactions are expected to take place from May 22 to June 20 through an agreement.

In the first quarter of this year, An Phát recorded total revenue of VNĐ731 billion (US$32.2 million) and after-tax profit of VNĐ66 billion, up 79.6 per cent and 131.6 per cent, respectively, against the same period last year.

The company targets to reach VNĐ888 billion in revenue and VNĐ50 billion in after-tax profit for the second quarter. — VNS
