First of all, congratulations to TCP Group on its 70th anniversary and on entering a new phase of cooperation with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation. Looking back on this journey, what has motivated TCP to continue investing in youth development in Việt Nam?
Thank you. At TCP, our greatest motivation stems from our belief in the potential of young people. We have always viewed young people not merely as beneficiaries but as a driving force for social change.
Through our collaboration with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, we have implemented a wide range of initiatives designed to support and inspire young people across the country. These include programmes such as the "Worker Programme – Spreading Positive Energy", "Light of Việt Nam Perseverance", the "Noble Youth" Awards, and "Community Sports Grounds – Energising Vietnamese Youth".
Together, these initiatives have focused on improving the well-being of young workers, honouring young people who have overcome adversity, promoting positive social values, and encouraging active and healthy lifestyles.
To date, these joint initiatives have engaged nearly 200,000 young people across 15 provinces and cities, with support from almost 100 partner organisations and stakeholders.
What we have learned is simple: when young people are given opportunities and recognised for their contributions, they are capable of creating an impact far beyond expectations for their families, communities and society as a whole. This belief is one of the reasons why Việt Nam remains one of TCP's strategic markets for advancing our sustainability and social impact commitments, especially as we mark the Group's 70th anniversary.
How will TCP's purpose of "Energising a Better World for All" be reflected in this new partnership agreement for 2026–2028?
At TCP, we believe that positive energy should be accessible to everyone. When individuals are empowered, they can collectively drive meaningful change for their communities and for the nation. That is why TCP sees its role as extending beyond financial support. We strive to be an active partner throughout the design and implementation of youth-focused initiatives.

During the 2026–2028 period, we will continue working closely with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation and relevant stakeholders to deliver practical, impactful and scalable programmes. Through these efforts, we hope to create more opportunities for young people to be supported, recognised and empowered as they pursue their aspirations and contribute to society.
Beyond providing resources, TCP is also committed to promoting a mindset of positivity, resilience and responsibility through our brands, including Red Bull and Warrior, which resonate strongly with younger generations. This reflects our broader commitment to creating shared value by aligning business growth with social responsibility.
You mentioned creating meaningful change. How do you view the relationship between businesses, young people and national development?
I strongly identify with this approach. It can best be described as a symbiotic relationship. A generation equipped with energy, skills, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to contribute to the community is one of the most powerful drivers of national development. To achieve this, young people need opportunities and support, as well as the empowerment to realise their potential, from various stakeholders, including businesses.
At the same time, young people bring fresh perspectives, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to organisations. They are often at the forefront of technological adoption, emerging trends and new ways of thinking. When businesses and young people work together, they can create greater value not only for themselves but also for society.
Việt Nam is entering a new era of growth, guided by ambitious development goals and a strong spirit of innovation. Today's young generation is increasingly confident, capable and eager to make a difference. When young people are empowered to live healthier, more positive and more responsible lives, they become catalysts for sustainable progress.
We are proud that TCP's partnership with young people can contribute to that journey by helping them go further, achieve more and create a lasting impact on the country.
Thank you for sharing your insights. We wish TCP and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation continued success in the years ahead.
