VOVO is expanding with a focus on user experience, a 24-hour consignment mechanism, and transparent operations in Việt Nam.

VOVO Electronic Commerce Technology Company Limited today announced that, after completing key strategic steps in 2025, the company has officially entered its expansion phase in 2026.

Key milestones in 2025

Over the past year, VOVO has focused on market research, model validation, and refining its operating mechanisms, gradually building a development foundation for its next stage of expansion.

The company’s headquarters is currently located on the 7th floor of the Endovina Building, 146 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu Street, Xuân Hòa Ward, Hồ Chí Minh City.

From June to December 2025, as core workstreams were progressively implemented, VOVO gradually developed an operating model oriented towards product circulation, centred on user participation, user experience, and a recurring consignment mechanism, while also establishing its development roadmap for 2026.

VOVO has chosen to launch its expansion phase at a time when Việt Nam’s e-commerce market is entering a period of restructuring. At present, consumer demand for e-commerce platforms is shifting from a sole emphasis on convenience towards greater concern for transaction control, transparency, safety, and long-term value.

Based on this shift, VOVO is promoting a new approach to interest-based e-commerce, placing active user participation at the centre. The platform not only provides transaction functions but also experiments with more transparent rules and more flexible post-transaction mechanisms, to strengthen users’ rights to choice and decision-making throughout the consumption process.

Among these, the 24-hour consignment mechanism is regarded as part of the platform’s strategy to extend the use value of products. This mechanism allows products, after being purchased, to continue circulating back into the platform’s ecosystem within a short period of time, thereby improving goods circulation, reducing inventory pressure, and offering consumers more flexible options for handling products.

From a competitive industry perspective, the market focus is shifting from traffic acquisition to customer retention, stronger engagement, and full life-cycle user value. For interest-based e-commerce platforms, mechanism design, transparent operations, and risk-control capability are becoming key factors affecting long-term growth.

In actual use, users can still complete transactions in the same way as on traditional e-commerce platforms. After a transaction is completed, whether to participate in any subsequent innovative mechanisms is entirely up to the user.

In addition, the platform’s blind-bag distribution mechanism and recurring consignment circulation under publicly disclosed rules also open up new possibilities for product reuse and for extending product value.

When referring to its strategic direction in the Vietnamese market, a representative of VOVO’s development team said: “According to VOVO’s strategic direction, competitiveness in the Vietnamese market needs to be built on two parallel pillars: price advantage and mechanism advantage.”
