Vietnamese swimmer Võ Thanh Tùng added won the men’s 200m freestyle S5 late on Wednesday at the Asian Para Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.

HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese swimmer Võ Thanh Tùng added won the men’s 200m freestyle S5 late on Wednesday at the Asian Para Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.

It was the third gold for Tùng and the sixth for the Vietnamese delegation.

The 33-year-old overtook Nur Syaiful from Malaysia to finish in a time of 3:00.02sec, breaking the Para Games record.

He will also compete in the men’s 50m freestyle at this year’event. — VNS
