 HUẾ — Hồ Anh Huy won the seventh leg of the Việt Nam Golf Association Junior Tour 2024 which wrapped up on August 25 in Huế City.

After two days of three rounds, Huy topped the boys' U15 and overall ranking with the best gross of 5-under 211 at the Laguna Golf Lăng Cô, taking his first ever title of the Tour system. 

Nguyễn Trọng Hoàng came second with 8-over 224 and Hà Nam Khánh was third on 14-over 230.

While Huy and Hoàng maintained their good performance from the beginning, Khánh lured people's attention as he came from No 8 in the first round to No 3 overall. He had an outstanding day on August 25 with only one bogey but three birdies, being the only golfer who scored minus points of the day, to improve his final ranking. He also topped the boys' U18 pool.

In the age group categories, Nguyễn Gia Khôi (+20) triumphed the boys' U13; Phạm Nguyễn Khương Di (+18) took gold in the girls' U13; Phạm Minh Hải (+16) dominated the boys' U11 and Nguyễn Vũ Phúc Anh (+15) won U9.
