HÀ NỘI -- The annual Spring Grand Victory entitled Spring Grand Victory was organised on April 26 in Hà Nội.
More than 40 athletes from different central agencies and departments such as National Assembly's office, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of National Defense participated in the competitions.

They competed in round robin format in four doubles categories at the Ba Đình Sports Centre.

Duo Đinh Văn Nhã and Nguyễn Hồng Phong defeated Lưu Văn Đức and Nguyễn Văn Mười to win the men's leaders class.

Nguyễn Thanh Liễu and Ngô Văn Công beat Bùi Hồng Quang and Trần Thị Minh Tuyết  to take gold in the mixed leaders title.

Nguyễn Đức Hòe and Dương Đức Trung outclassed Lê Xuân Phong and Trương Văn Định to champion the men's over-46 discipline.

 Đinh Quang Linh and Nguyễn Văn Huynh overcame Đỗ Văn Kiên and Nguyễn Việt Anh to top the men's under-45 pool.

"The 2024 Spring Grand Victory tennis tournament is held to celebrate the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national unification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Việt Nam Tennis Federation on May 27, 1989 - May 27, 2024," said Nguyễn Hồng Sơn, VTF General Secretary.

"At the same time, we aim to promote tennis development among staff of the ministries and branches. It will make national tennis movement expanded in scale and spread widely." VNS
