Authorities of Hà Nội’s Chương Mỹ District are studying repairing and upgrading the Bùi River dyke using pre-stressed concrete to ensure safety for residents when floodwater overflows, said Ðinh Mạnh Hùng, chairman of the district’s People’s Committee.
