Three more COVID-19 patients recover in Hà Nam Province, total hits 176

HÀ NỘI — Three more Vietnamese patients with COVID-19 have recovered and were discharged from the Hà Nam Provincial General Hospital on Thursday afternoon.

The new recovered cases have brought today’s total patients being given the all-clear to five and the country’s total to 176. The recovered patients in full are:

Patient 168, female, 35, was admitted to the hospital on March 28. During treatment, the patient was tested three times and all tests came back negative for SARS-CoV-2 on April 7, 11 and 14.

Patient 188, female, 44, was admitted to the hospital on March 28. During treatment, the patient was tested twice and both showed a negative result for SARS-CoV-2 on April 11 and 14.

Patient 231, female, 57, was admitted to the hospital on March 28. During treatment, the patient had three tests and all test results came back negative for SARS-CoV-2 on April 7, 11 and 14.

“After being hospitalised for treatment, the three patients' health has improved day by day. At present, they have no cough, no fever, can eat normally and all are in a stable condition, said Hà Nam General Hospital director Đỗ Trung Đông.

All three patients will continue to be isolated and monitored for the next 14 days, added Đông. — VNS
