HÀ NỘI — The health ministry on Wednesday afternoon issued its 14th emergency notice, asking anyone who has visited the Lucky Star Gym in Đầm Và area, Tiền Phong Commune, Mê Linh District, Hà Nội, between March 15 and 25, especially from 6.30am to 8.30am and from 3pm to 4.30pm, to do the following:

- Immediately contact the nearest health authority

- Send a message to number 8889 for medical advice

- Isolate at home

- Complete a medical declaration
