Four receive administrative fine for exploiting natural resources

ĐẮK NÔNG — The Tây Nguyên (Central Highland) province of Đắk Nông People’s Committee on Wednesday declared that it had fined four people a total of VNĐ180 million (US$7,800) for illegally exploiting natural resources.

They are Vũ Thị Hiền and Hà Thị Diện, from Đắk Wer Commune, Đắk R’lấp District, Bùi Văn Minh and Vương Đình Trường, from Nhân Cơ Commune, Đắk R’lấp District.

Each of them was fined VNĐ45 million ($1,900).

The four people exploited more than 50cu.m of bazan soil in Nhân Cơ Commune and used it as construction material without asking for permission from relevant State organisations.

They are forced to recover the damaged scene from now until the end of this year. — VNS
