American teacher dies after falling from fourth floor

An American teacher, aged 54, reportedly died after falling from the fouth floor of an English language centre in the city of Vinh, the central province of Nghệ An at about 3:30 pm on Sunday.

NGHỆ AN — An American teacher, aged 54, reportedly died after falling from the fouth floor of an English language centre in the city of Vinh, the central province of Nghệ An at about 3:30 pm on Sunday.

The centre, a branch of Cleverlearn English Language Centre, is located at 39A Lê Hồng Phong Street, Hưng Bình Ward.

The teacher had started his job at the centre just one week ago, online newspaper Infonet reported.

After discovering the man on the ground, local residents quickly came to his aid but failed to save him.

Local police are investigating the case to clarify the cause of the death. — VNS
