Chương Dương and Phúc Tân parks have been built on a 9,000sq.m area that was once used for dumping rubbish and waste. The parks feature not only playgrounds but also community gardens and exercise areas for disabled people. They have contributed to protecting the natural environment in the heart of Hà Nội, a city significantly affected by pollution.
