Hundreds of thousands of people in Hà Nội live in decades-old residential buildings. But now as the structures deteriorate and risks increase, the city has made it a priority this year to renovate and rebuild these old complexes.
The Lào Cai official said both sides should hold seminars and conferences with the participation of investigation officers to share experiences in anti-human trafficking.
