Care packages support storm and flood hit people

THỪA THIÊN-HUẾ — More than 3,000 care packages have been donated to people living in the three flood-hit provinces of Thừa Thiên Huế, Quảng Nam and Đà Nẵng city by Huda.

The local brewery brand Huda and the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committees have worked together to promptly supply more than 3,000 care packages to flood-affected people in the three locals.

The care packs, which contain necessities of rice, cooking oil, instant noodles, fish sauce and sugar, have been delivered to the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the three flood-hit provinces to support families hit by three consecutive storms, torrential rains and flooding in September and October.

Huda has also completed the community-centric ‘fresh water for the beloved central programme in the fourth consecutive year, providing fresh water for more than 29,000 people in the central region.

It also hosted the event and set the record for ‘the longest banquet table in Asia’ – a key event celebrating the annual Huế Festival 2022 and the Huda Beach Soccer Festival 2022.

The flood donation was a strong commitment of Huda to supporting local people in the difficulties of natural disasters that damaged their houses and property.
