HÀ NỘI — There were 20,076 new cases of COVID-19 reported over the past 24 hours, down by nearly 3,000 compared to the day before, according to the health ministry's Friday report.
Hà Nội and Phú Thọ were the two localities with the most cases, with 1,425 and 1,094, respectively.
