The Vietnamese people never forget the immortal words of Leader Fidel Castro: “For Việt Nam, Cuba is willing to shed even its own blood,” and today, in the cause of national construction and defence, Việt Nam is also willing to support Cuba to the best of its ability to help the country overcome difficulties and advance development.

The upcoming visit to Laos by Party General Secretary Tô Lâm will become a significant political milestone, creating new momentum and opening a new phase of development for Việt Nam-Laos relations, focusing on the realisation of "strategic cohesion".
