HÀ NỘI — Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith, alongside a high ranking delegation from the Lao government, starts an official visit to Việt Nam on Tuesday.

The three-day visit is made at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc.
