The delegates also discussed the possibility of cooperation on some new projects within the framework of the working group on less sensitive fields at sea. They emphasised that cooperation should occur on the basis of high-level agreements in an equal, mutually beneficial, practical and effective manner, and in line with each side’s resources, thereby helping to promote the Việt Nam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
