LONDON — Party General Secretary Tô Lâm and his wife Ngô Phương Ly, along with a high-level Vietnamese delegation, arrived in London on Tuesday morning (local time), starting their official three-day visit to the UK at the invitation of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
