HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính on Wednesday sent a letter of congratulations to Lawrence Wong as the latter took office as Prime Minister of Singapore.

Wong, 51, took his oath of office on Wednesday, succeeding Lee Hsien Loong, 72, who stepped down after two decades at the helm. — VNS
