SINGAPORE - Media OutReach - 25 November 2020 - GBG (AIM:GBG), the global technology specialist infraud and compliance management, identity verification and location dataintelligence, has announced the appointment of Dev Dhiman as Managing Directorof Asia Pacific (APAC).
Dhiman joins GBG after 12 years at Experian, where he held varioussenior positions including most recently being Managing Director of South EastAsia. Dhiman brings extensive experience working with financial institutionsacross the APAC and EMEA regions and in-depth knowledge in data intelligence,analytics, and fraud prevention; he will be responsible for driving the nextphase of GBG's growth and innovation.

Dhiman takes over the role from June Lee, who has been at the helm ofthe APAC business for three years. Lee has been integral to GBG'stransformation in the region and achieved several significant milestones forthe business including delivering double-digit year-on-year revenue growth, deepeningrelationships and broadening solutions implemented with regional customers, andexpanding market penetration with the onboarding of new clients.

- Lara Clark has been appointed as General Counsel andChief Regulation Officer. Clark joins GBG's GlobalExecutive team to enhance the Group's regulatory strategy and lead its globallegal and privacy teams.
- Boris Huard assumes a newly created role, Managing Director for Identity & Fraud, EMEA. Huard will be responsible for setting the strategic direction andbusiness priorities for GBG's Identity & Fraud portfolios to make it easierfor customers to access products and services.
- Christina Luttrell has been promoted to CEO of IDology, a GBG company, in the USA. Previously COO of the subsidiary, Luttrellhas been a critical part of the company's success over the past 13 years,driving product-centric and customer-focused approach to the identityverification and fraud markets.
