HCM CITY — The Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phú Quốc has been nominated for three important categories in the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2020.

Established in 2006, the World Luxury Hotel Awards is the pinnacle of achievement in the luxury hotel industry offering international recognition as voted by guests, travellers and industry players alike.

More than 300,000 international travellers vote each year during a four-week period to select the winners.

In this year's award season taking place from September to October, Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phú Quốc is honoured to be among the representatives from Việt Nam, with three important nomination categories including Luxury Family Resort, Luxury Beach Resort and Luxury Private Pool Villa.

Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phú Quốc is considered a strong candidate for the Luxury Beach Resort category because of its distinct strength as the first and only international 5-star resort at Ông Lang Beach on Phú Quốc Island.

One of its few beach villas is located in a prime location where guests can open the door to touch the ocean. Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phú Quốc is also a candidate for the Luxury Private Pool Villa. 

Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phú Quốc ensures peace and privacy expected for families on vacation, which is shown by its inclusion in the Luxury Family Resort global nomination category.
