HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese photographer Tuẫn Nguyễn won an international photo contest themed #Sports2020 hosted by the Agora app.

Tuấn, under the username @tuan1368, walked away with a US$1,000 cash prize thanks to his aerial view of a traditional dragon boat in a race held in central province of Quảng Ngãi during the Lunar New Year.

The photo was among nearly 9,000 entries from all over the world.

People voted for the best photos among 50 finalists selected by the jury.

A total of five entries by Vietnamese photographers were among the top 50 entries at the contest. — VNS
