The event aims to show the capital’s cuisine culture to local and foreign visitors. Through a culinary journey, tourists can understand the lifestyle and custom of Hanoians.

The festival will take place at the Thống Nhat Park, Trần Nhân Tông Street, as part of the activities to celebrate the 64th anniversary of Hà Nội’s Liberation Day and 1,008 years of Thăng Long – Hà Nội.

During the festival, there will be an exhibition area that features the elegant style of Hanoians in enjoying cuisine. In addition, visitors will be able to exchange ideas and taste Hà Nội cuisine with artisans, researchers, as well as join a number of traditional arts and games.
