Two exhibitions by six young artists from HCM City will open at the Factory Contemporary Art Centre from June 9 to July 23.

Two exhibitions by six young artists from HCM City will open at the Factory Contemporary Art Centre from June 9 to July 23.

The first exhibition I, Me, Mine will display self-portraitures by five artists, including Trần Kim Hoa, Đỗ Nguyễn Lập Xuân, Hoàng Nam Việt, Xuân Hạ, and Yatender.

The works will be featured in Saigon ArtBook’s 7th Edition, which is published by non-profit organisation Saigon Artbook to support and showcase emerging artists in the city.

Nguyễn Thúy Hằng is holding a solo exhibition titled History of a Journey: Sand in my Ears, Adrift to the World.

The showcase will include paintings celebrating the relationship between text and imagemaking.

The exhibitions’s opening will begin at 6pm at 15 Nguyễn Ư Dĩ Street in District 2. Free entrance. — VNS
