HCM CITY — Circus artists and brothers Giang Quốc Cơ and Giang Quốc Nghiệp will entertain audiences in HCM City with an extravagant show at the Opera House next week to celebrate their 15-year career.  

The show, Anh Em (Brothers), will offer circus, puppet, dance and fire art performances, and include stimulating visual imagery.

The event’s highlights include Sức Mạnh Đôi Tay (The Power of Arms), which has been performed for more than a decade and has won several top prizes at home and abroad including the Grand Prix Prize and the Audience Award at the International Summer Circus Festival in Havana, Cuba; and title New Creation by the world’s leading circus groups Monte Carlo Circus and Cirque du Soleil at the Monte Carlo International Circus Festival.

The show will be staged at 8pm on Thursday (November 3) at Opera House, 7 Lam Sơn Square in District 1. Tickets run from VNĐ500,000 (US$21) to VNĐ3 million ($150) and are available at the box office. — VNS
