Quảng Ninh People’s Committee approves two new tourism routes

The Quảng Ninh Province People’s Committee has approved two new tourism routes that include beautiful mountains, forests and historical, cultural and revolutionary heritage sites in Hoàng Bồ District.

HÀ NỘI — The Quảng Ninh Province People’s Committee has approved two new tourism routes that include beautiful mountains, forests and historical, cultural and revolutionary heritage sites in Hoàng Bồ District.

The first route focuses on eco–cultural tourism and includes the Quảng La Flower Paradise Ecotourism Area in Quảng La Commune and the Dao Thanh Y Village Reservation Area in Bằng Cả Commune.

On this route, tourists can visit an agricultural produce market in Trới Town, an orchid farm in Sơn Dương Commune, a high-quality fruit farm in Dân Chủ Commune, the famous Bâu wine making households in Bằng Cả Commune and the ironwood forest of the village head Triệu Tài Cao in Tân Dân commune.

The other route focuses on eco-cultural and spiritual tourism. The route takes in several destinations such as Mằn Mountain Tourism Landscape Complex in Thống Nhất Commune, the temple of Dr. Vũ Phi Hổ, the district’s first doctor who passed court examinations in 1511, Yên Mỹ Pagoda, and the temple of King Lê Thái Tổ (1385-1433) in Lê Lợi Commune.

Hoàng Bồ is located near the province’s major tourism areas such as Hạ Long Bay, the UNESCO-recognised world natural heritage site, the Bãy Cháy–Tuần Châu tourism area, and the Yên Tử Historical Relics and Landscape Area.— VNS
