HCM CITY — Phát Đạt Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has been honoured in the 'Top 10 Outstanding Asia-Pacific Brands 2026' category at an award ceremony held in Beijing, China.
The award was presented as part of the 5th Asia-Pacific Economic Forum 2026, a regional event that brought together leading businesses, organisations and economic experts from across the Asia-Pacific region.
Recipients were selected based on a comprehensive set of criteria, including brand reputation, competitiveness, product quality, international integration capabilities, innovation, human resource development, sustainable growth strategies and commitment to balancing economic development with environmental protection.
The recognition comes as Phát Đạt continues to pursue a strategy of aligning its project development standards with international benchmarks while expanding cooperation with global partners in real estate development, operations and management.
In recent years, the company has strengthened partnerships with major international corporations, including Mitsubishi Corporation, Lotte and WorldHotels, a brand under BWH Hotels.
Among these collaborations, the partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation on the Thuận An 1 project is regarded as a significant milestone in Phát Đạt's international integration journey. Industry experts note that working with Japanese corporations known for their rigorous standards requires developers to meet stringent requirements in legal compliance, corporate governance, financial management and project execution.
According to CEO Bùi Quang Anh Vũ, the company has proactively upgraded its project preparation processes, legal management systems, financial operations and organisational structure to meet the expectations of international partners.
Phát Đạt has also recently signed a cooperation agreement with Lotte to advance the development of Thu Thiem Eco Smart City in HCM City's Thủ Thiêm New Urban Area. The project is envisioned as one of the city's major mixed-use developments within its emerging financial and commercial hub, integrating retail, hospitality, office and high-end residential components.

On the operations side, the company's partnership with WorldHotels reflects its ambition to adopt internationally recognised management and operational standards for suitable product segments.
Beyond expanding international partnerships, Phát Đạt has been gradually incorporating globally recognised standards into its developments, notably LEED and Fitwel certifications.
LEED focuses on energy efficiency, resource utilisation and carbon emission reduction, while Fitwel emphasises residents' health, safety and overall well-being through standards related to the built environment and project operations.
Market observers note that the adoption of international standards is becoming increasingly prominent in Việt Nam's real estate sector as competition shifts from project scale to development quality and long-term operational performance.
This direction is also reflected in Phát Đạt's latest projects, including La Pura and Quy Nhơn Iconic, which place greater emphasis on living experience, amenities and integrated planning rather than solely on housing provision.
Alongside project development activities, the company has introduced its projects at several international investment forums in Shanghai, Taipei and Tokyo, seeking to strengthen connections with foreign investors and partners interested in the Vietnamese market.
According to its development roadmap, Phát Đạt plans to launch between six and eight large-scale projects meeting high development standards during the 2026–27 period.
As Việt Nam's property market enters a new stage of development, expanding partnerships with international corporations, raising project development standards and adopting global operational practices are increasingly viewed as key factors supporting long-term competitiveness.
For Phát Đạt, the 'Top 10 Outstanding Asia-Pacific Brands 2026' award represents not only recognition of its brand strength but also reflects the company's ongoing efforts to align with emerging regional development standards. VNS
