HÀ NỘI — On March 22, leaders from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) met a distinguished business delegation representing the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC).

Heading the delegation was Michael Michalack, USABC's Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director. Alongside him were delegates from Energry Capital Vietnam, KKR, Bell, AES Holding B.V and Vriens & Partners.

Michael Michalack expressed heartfelt gratitude for the continued collaboration, commending Petrovietnam's pivotal role in propelling economic growth and upholding energy security within Việt Nam.

The discussions were all-encompassing, addressing a wide spectrum of cooperation opportunities, from the realms of oil and gas exploration to the frontiers of renewable energy expansion and low-carbon solutions. Additionally, they explored avenues for advancing human capital in science, technology, business administration and digital transformation within the oil and gas sector.

Petrovietnam's leaders displayed unwavering commitment in addressing queries and concerns raised by the US business delegation. They reaffirmed the company's dedicated support and willingness to collaborate across related domains. In turn, Michael Michalack, as the voice of USABC, pledged to serve as a conduit for effective communication between Petrovietnam and pertinent authorities in the United States.
