As a responsible town-maker with strong master plan that well combines green spaces and integrated facilities, Gamuda Land aims to bring sustainable values for residents by creating places that people will call home, want to be a part of, grow up and grow old in.

A world-class township recognised by FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards

FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is a prestigious international award in the real estate industry which recognises the project that best embodies excellence in all real estate disciplines.

With an international panel comprising of top real estate professionals and experts, FIABCI Prix d'Excellence rewards overall merit and not just aesthetics, functionality, or size. Thus, the awardees represent projects that are a cut above the rest.

Celadon City was honoured to be recognised as world Silver Winner of FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence under the Master Plan category in May, 2019.

The project qualified for FIABCI recognition by showcasing its master planning which maximised land use to integrate nature and biodiversity with a multitude of modern-day conveniences.

Its strategic position is one of the key features of Celadon City. It is located in the centre of Tan Phu district which is convenient to move to the city centre, airport, and the national highway: 8km from Tan Son Nhat Airport, 12km from central districts and 3km from National Highway 1A. When Metro Line 2 is in operation, it will only take about five minutes to walk to the station.

Embracing values from nature, Celadon City is built on 82 hectares with more than 16ha dedicated to lush parks with three grand lakes, 6,000 mature trees, 70,000 brushwood plants and 140,000 square metres of grassland in the town parks.

On average, 12.4sq.m of green space is reserved for each Celadon City’s resident, a figure eight times higher than the average green space of residents in Ho Chi Minh City.

Celadon Park consists of four zones within the biodiversity sphere namely Riparian Forest, Grassland, Waterfront Meadows and the Waterspring.

This serves to balance the ecosystem in a man-made environment by encouraging biodiversity. Simultaneously, it allows 70 per cent of residential units to enjoy a breath of nature in every corner of the project.

To enhance community connection, the township offers fully-integrated facilities from education, healthcare, and sports to shopping and entertainment areas. International schools such as Maple Bear Kindergarten, Asian International School, and ILA English Centre offer comprehensive and advanced education for students of all ages.

Hoan My Medical Centre is just next door to take care of residents' health. Residents can also enjoy shopping at AEON Mall Tan Phu, one of the largest and most modern shopping centres in Ho Chi Minh City, together with Celadon Sports and Resort Club, an international healthcare, sports, and relaxation complex with an Olympic-standard swimming pool.

With a dedicated and committed town-making philosophy, every single development of Gamuda Land has a thoughtfully designed master plan – this principle is fully adapted for Celadon City.

A simple, but visible example is the focus on the walk-ability and bike-ability of the township. By logical arrangement of roads, residents can easily and safely walk or bike from their front door to the parks, the lakes, and the town square.

Careful design is central to all aspects of Celadon City, from its landscaping and infrastructure right to the comfort and modern amenities of every home. The homes in Celadon City were assessed by the stringent quality benchmark system GQUAS based on CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System developed by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority) as well as ISO 9001.

Focusing on creating a civilised and cohesive living space, Gamuda Land also pays great attention to connecting communities, helping residents improve their quality of life.

Residents at Celadon City will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of events organised by the investor such as 'Mid-Autumn Festival', 'Run for the Heart', 'The Sweet Christmas Land', 'Green Flea Market', and more.

Gamuda Land’s leading position in the Vietnamese real estate market over the past 10 years is a testimony to its brand values, as well as the investor’s confidence in creating sustainable townships bringing long-term values for its residents.

As a result, the two upcoming Diamond Alnata and Diamond Brilliant precincts of Celadon City have received great attention in the market.

“We provide ideal living environment with complete master plan, and synchronous integrated facilities for residents. Gamuda Land’s goal is to build sustainable townships where people can truly enjoy life not only with modern amenities, but also in the embrace of nature,” said Wyeren Yap Vooi Soon- General Director of Gamuda Land Ho Chi Minh City.

Established in 1995, Gamuda Land is the property development arm of GamudaBerhad, one of the leading engineering, construction and infrastructure groups in Malaysia. Heving entered Viet Nam's market in 2007, Gamuda Land is currently investing in two urban lifestyle townships, Gamuda City in Ha Noi and Celadon City in Ho Chi Minh City.
